Our Services are mostly taken offline at our Dental Clinic located on the Webiste and with the Sign Board of the Clinic Mentioned as Dentist4u ar offline location.
Our Process of getting a Dental Treatment done is designed in a such a way that a doctor will explain you complete treatment plan when you have paid the consultation fees also to note that most of the time we run a patient education awarness program which offers free consultation to patient and the patient does not have to pay any fees for consultation but when there is a speceilist involved in the treatment planing or laboratory is involved in desigining the treatment plan then the patient has to pay the consultation fees. In any case if the patient is not satisfied with consultation then the patient has to write an email or whatsapp to the specific clinic to immideatly to stop further planing for his customise design or any thing done specific just for specific patient. This has to be done within 24 hours of consultation and the patient can claim for refund and the refund will be done diducting the doctor fees from the fees paid.
In case if the patient has contacted the doctor directly or searched directly through social media platform and have come in contact and have taken the dental services at any other location apart from Dentist4u clinic then we dentist4u are not liable for any loss and nor are we obligatory to respond to you via any commincation be it emial or whatsapp or any other mode.
To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of treatment consultation.
If the refund claim is done well in time the refund will be credited within 5 to 7 days post submission of the proof as mention in above paragraph.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) alternatively you will have to share your bank details to credit the amout. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only consultation price service may be refunded, unfortunately dental treatment taken or service taken cannot be refunded.
In case if any treatment rendered by our clinic and if you have visited any other doctor and have got any treatment or done any specific procedure done without specific permission or approval from us then unfortunately refund cannot take place as each doctor has a diffrent style/ art / science or executing the treatment plan and two diffrent doctors may treat same patient with entirely diffrent plan and yet the result may be be same or matching. Depending on where you live, the time to refund may depend on finincial institution and bank electric transfer.
